When Kimchi Meets Stinky Tofu
舞臺劇《當泡菜遇到臭豆腐》
On May 18, 2010 four ICLP students performed their short play, “When Kimchi Meets Stinky Tofu” as part of National Taiwan University’s Arts Festival. The plot comically relates of a young Taiwanese-born man returning to Taipei to find meaning in life after growing up in the United States. The proprietor of Yi Chi Du Xiu (一吃獨秀), one of Taiwan’s most famous stinky tofu shops, served up free stinky tofu with picked cabbage.
緬因州的口音
諸位同學們，今天我想給大家講的是關於我老家──緬因州──的口音。可能大家都知道，緬因州是整個美國最東北的一部份。由於很早已經有人住在緬因州，所以時間夠讓緬因州人能形成他們的特色。所謂緬因州的特點包括他們專門說的話，他們緬因州的口音。緬因州人對法律也有很特別的觀點，但是因為時間的關係，再說，分析這個問題，出了我們今天討論的範圍，所以今天先不談這一點。
乒乓啤酒
大家好! 老師好! 我今天要講的題目是我在美國看到的比賽。大家都知道美國人很喜歡參加比賽，因此有各種各樣的比賽，由於大家都看過電視轉播，因而我們已經對籃球和足球比賽 很熟了，而且在大學你也可以看到比較奇怪又有特色的比賽，所以，在我的心目中最有意思的比賽就是喝啤酒的比賽。當然還有很多種喝啤酒的遊戲，可是我最喜歡 的就是「啤酒球」或「乒乓啤酒」。如何玩「乒乓啤酒」呢？
LEAVING TAIPEI: Mazu’s Birthday in Middle Taiwan
Earlier this May, ICLP took their annual trip from Taipei down into the middle region of Taiwan. Led by veteran ICLP teacher and expert on Taiwanese history and culture Ms. Fann Meiyuan (范美媛老師), students got to witness the traditional festival activities surrounding the birthday of Taiwan’s patron spirit Mazu(媽祖).

5/2至5/4 ICLP再次舉行了一年一度的媽祖朝聖旅遊，今年共有30位ICLP學生與老師參加。星期天早上每個人極爲興奮卻意識朦朧像沒睡飽似的，在台大校門口集 合，準備朝著期待中的旅程出發。
