梁欣榮所長與北京語言大學崔希亮校長落實兩校合作計畫

Cooperation Agreement between Director Leung of National Taiwan University and President Cui of Beijing Language and Culture University

　　台北雖然溼冷，但是，ICLP卻傳來春天的喜訊。梁所長趁北京語言大學崔希亮校長抵臺出席國際研討會之便，與崔校長落實臺大與北京語言大學兩校合作的初步計畫。這個計畫是立基於去年底臺大李嗣涔校長訪北京語言大學，與崔希亮校長雙方所簽訂的合作備忘。初步計畫以兩校交換教師為原則，落實時間於今年三月份。臺大將由外文系送兩位教師到北語，教授俄語與葡萄牙語，北語送兩位教師到臺大。

　　Although it is wet and cold in Taipei, ICLP has just received good news which is as delightful as springtime: Director Leung and President Cui of Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) have reached a preliminary agreement on inter-university cooperation.  This cooperation is based on the memorandum of understanding signed by President Li of National Taiwan University (NTU) and President Cui during Present Li's visit to BLCU last year.  Both universities agreed to launch a teacher's exchange program starting in March this year:  The Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures of National Taiwan University will send two professors to teach Russian and Portuguese in BLCU and will in return receive two professors from BLCU to teach at NTU.
