12/31的子夜，台北夜空火樹銀花、金碧輝煌，人聲歡騰，2010隆重地跨入了2011。回想2010的ICLP豐收累累，以倒敘回溯。所長歐洲參訪締結盟校；所長出席ACTFL學術年會與參訪盟校；《情境華語》(Situational Chinese)自學套書全數出版；國父紀念館與扶輪社演講比賽捷報頻傳，且獲得雙料冠軍；口頭期末成果發表令人嘖嘖稱奇；語言實踐週師生和樂融融；辯論班戰勝大政盃群雄；新開課程效益彰顯；語伴活動更上一層樓；新進教師積極成長等。這一切都歸因於ICLP師生人才濟濟，如同金玉滿堂。

　　In retrospect, 2010 was indeed a fruitful year with the following remarkable records:

1.      Director Leung visited Europe and built cooperation with Italian universities.

2.      Director Leung attended the ACTFL Convention and visited several American universities.

3.      The entire series of "Situational Chinese" has been published.

4.      ICLP students took top places in the speech contests held by Sun Yet-Sen Memorial Hall and the Rotary Club, with one student winning first place in both.

5.      The students' final presentation was extremely impressive.

6.      The "Language Mission" week was a big success.

7.      The ICLP's debate team excelled in the 2010 Politics Cup Debate.

8.      The newly developed courses received highly positive feedback.

9.      The "language exchange program" has been further developed.

10.  New ICLP teachers have made significant progress.

　　Thanks to all the capable teachers and students who made all these achievements possible.  They are indeed the treasures that fill ICLP's big family!
