Students who study abroad in a foreign country, know the importance of taking a risk. They need not imagine the experience of leaving all the comforts of home and coming to a place where your expectations and reality can sometimes comedically misconnect. But what's most important, is that they know the unexpected rewards in store. On May 18, a few brave students directed by teacher Huei-Feng Phoebe Huang Marzec (黃慧鳳老師), stepped on stage and preformed in Chinese in a play called "When Kimchi Meets Stinky Tofu" (當泡菜遇到臭豆腐) for the NTU Arts Festival. And for those brave enough to step out and try it, a chef from Yi Chi Du Xiu (一吃獨秀) was there on site to serve the audience some fresh, fried, stinky tofu!
