Students in a relationship may want
to consider the visitor policy before moving into the dorm - people of the
opposite gender are not allowed after 11:00
PM. Although the dorm
may not be the best option for those with a significant other, it does
provide a great opportunity to interact with local Taiwanese and speak
Chinese outside of class on a daily basis.
“I spoke more Chinese the first
weekend I moved into the dorm than I had the previous two weeks outside of
school,” said Hill.
